Your mission:

Analyse customer requirements and define clear technical product specifications.
Define the product architecture, including hardware, software, customer, and production interfaces.
Work with embedded software, electronics, mechanical design, testing, and industrialisation teams.
Track requirements throughout design, implementation, and testing to ensure completeness.
Act as the main technical authority for project teams and Product Management.
Support product approval processes and maintain architecture documentation.
Participate in standards committees and technical working groups.
Evaluate new technologies and identify potentially patentable solutions.

That is you:

A Master’s degree in engineering, electronics, telecommunications, computer science, or a related field.
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Proven experience developing electricity meters, IoT devices, or similar electronic products.
Strong knowledge of electricity metering technologies, including AMI, AMR, and smart meters.
Familiarity with IoT, smart grid solutions, and relevant industry standards.
Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
Professional proficiency in English.
Experience using GitLab and Microsoft Office.

The Extras We'd Love:

Around 10 years of industrial product development experience.
Previous experience implementing products as an engineer.
Experience participating in standards committees or working groups.
Knowledge of Lithuanian or German.
