Automation Test Engineer

• Develop and maintain automated tests in Python to reduce manual regression testing.
• Write, refactor, and optimise test scenarios and supporting functions in line with internal QA coding standards and rules.
• Debug failed tests, log bug reports.
• Maintain the test suite by updating flaky tests, archiving obsolete tests, adjusting execution schedules, and selecting suitable open-source libraries and plugins.
• Participate actively in code reviews, support junior engineers, and collaborate with the team to ensure product quality and reliability before production releases.
• Collaborating with the team to maintain high product reliability.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing with Python.
• Ability not only to automate but also to perform manual testing of what we build.
• Attention to detail, focus on quality and results, strong communication, accountability, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
• Professional proficiency in Lithuanian and English.

• Practical background in IT, electronics, telecommunications, or another engineering field.
• Experience working with SQL/API/HTTP and Git.
• A Bachelor's degree (preferably in a technical field).
