Senior R&D project manager

• Manage multiple R&D projects from initial concept through successful delivery—setting priorities, defining timelines, allocating team resources, and keeping everyone aligned.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure key milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
• When plans no longer reflect reality, help the team adapt quickly by proposing solutions, adjusting priorities, and initiating the necessary changes.
• Turn complex project information into a clear and actionable overview by preparing status, budget, risk, and progress reports, while maintaining accurate and well-organised documentation.
• Act as the key link between customers, partners, and internal teams—leading meetings, coordinating decisions, and ensuring smooth and effective communication.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an R&D, engineering, electronics, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and decision-making skills.
• The ability to manage several projects simultaneously and establish realistic priorities.
• Professional proficiency in English and native or fluent Lithuanian.

• Experience managing electronics, embedded systems, hardware, firmware, or software development projects.
• Experience working with international customers, suppliers, or partners.
• Knowledge of project portfolio and resource-capacity planning.
• Experience with project management systems, Power BI, AI tools, or similar solutions.
• Polish or German language skills.
